Swaziland Competition Commission is headed by a chief executive and a board of commissioners. Currently our CEO is Ms. Thabisile Langa and the Chairperson of the board of commissioners is Mr. Nkonzo Hlatshwayo.Operationally the CEO oversees the Secretariat which conducts investigations and reviews mergers. Reporting to the CEO are the managers who oversee the individual divisions such as Investigations, Mergers, Cartels, and so. These managers will have officers working under them as the Commission continues to grow.
With respect to adherence to the Act, the Secretariat investigates and submits its findings to the Board and they adjudicate and issue decisions. These findings are appealable to the Swaziland High Court.
